This was a very strange renovation, as the house itself had been a recent build, but of very poor quality. The owners knew exactly what they wanted in terms of detail of the finish and functionality of the house, which made this a dream house to build. It had plenty of space both inside and out. We simultaneously began in the back garden and the top floor in order to work down and out.

All of the services had to replaced inside, with that it was possible to install a tailor made, state of the art multimedia system throughout the house. The owners decided what they wanted from the system and we designed and implement it, incorporating a security system and remote access. The owners redesigned the layout of the house and garden and turned it into a stunning house.

There were a lot of problems with this house to begin with, the surface water flooded into the basement swimming pool. We redesigned the patio area to hide massive underground tanks to pump any potential flooding back into the mains system. We’ve had appalling weather since the build and not a drop of ingress. It really does show the profit of doing it right first time.
